Shipping Policy

At Simply Hawkins LLC, all orders are processed and fulfilled with care and attention to detail 🤍

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


Processing Time

Orders require 2–5 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Processing time does not include shipping time.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery begins after processing is complete:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–10 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Simply Hawkins LLC relinquishes responsibility for the shipment.

We are not liable for:

  • Transit delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Misdelivered packages
  • Carrier errors or issues

All shipping claims must be filed directly with the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Simply Hawkins LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.

Orders returned due to address issues will require additional reshipping fees.


Tracking

Tracking information is automatically sent once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays 

Simply Hawkins LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather events
  • Holidays or peak seasons
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • High order volume periods

All delivery dates are estimates only.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages 

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • You must first contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • Simply Hawkins LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered

We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen or confirmed delivered packages.
